Mini Cajun-Turkey Bagel Bites w/Italian House Mayo
Often times the kiddos and my husband Shun get upset with me when I wait for them to get out of the kitchen after making themselves something to eat to come up with some of the most deliciously looking food. I think now though, Raven has caught on and now she tends to wait to see what Mom is eating. Case in point my “Mini Cajun-Turkey Bagel Bites w/Italian House Mayo” I made for myself for a late supper. Something quick and easy, but yet full of flavor and loaded with lots and lots of groceries!
To make these simple mini sandwiches, the ingredients consist of the following:
- 2 mini bagels (regular) split
- 2 pieces (1 shredded for each sandwich) cajun turkey breast (from the deli)
- 6 small banana peppers ( 3 for each sandwich)
- 6 pickles ( 3 for each sandwich)
- onions (as much as you want)
- 2 slices tomatoes (1 for each sandwich)
- 4 cucumbers slices (2 for each sandwich)
- mixed salad greens (a few leaves on each sandwich)
- havarti cheese slices (cut to fit each sandwich)
- salt & pepper (to taste)
Dressing Ingredients & Instructions:
- 2 1/2 tsp mayo
- 3 tsp kraft italian house salad dressing
Mix together and spread on all four pieces of the bagels. Build your sandwiches and enjoy!
